Elks Aidmore Receives General Mills Grant

Elks Aidmore is the recipient of a $15,000 grant from the General Mills Foundation Hometown Grantmaking Program. The grant program is a Signature Fund of The Minneapolis Foundation. The process for receipt of a grant is an invitation to apply, submission of an application, interview with the staff from the General Mills plant in Covington, and review by the corporate office.

Elks Aidmore has been fortunate to have received tens of thousands of dollars in grant funding through General Mills over the past years. Elks Aidmore CEO Abe Wilkinson, states, “We are very grateful for the continuing support we receive from General Mills. With all of the requests they receive for funding, we are thankful General Mills remains committed to the financial support of Elks Aidmore and appreciate their confidence in our programs.”
